Linden Lane is a developer of ground up projects for its own account, in joint venture with landowners seeking to creatively monetize raw land, and with operating partners looking for equity capital and execution experience. The Linden Lane team has developed and constructed over three million square feet of projects across asset classes.
We are investors, not developers and view development as an investment tool to acheive higher risk adjusted returns for our partner.
Linden Lane employs the same strong fundamentals in implementing it’s development projects as in other disciplines of its business, in order to ensure successful project completion, lease-up, operation, and recapitalization and/or disposition.
